FitsMS.lk is a cloud-based SMS gateway platform that allows users to send SMS messages via API or web interface. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• Accurate and complete registration information must be provided.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

• Send spam, abusive, or misleading messages.
• Distribute unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the system.

FitsMS.lk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

Message Delivery

• We strive for high delivery rates, but we do not guarantee delivery of every message due to carrier limitations or recipient issues.
• Users are responsible for ensuring message content complies with telecom regulations and recipient consent requirements.

Sender ID Policy

• Custom Sender IDs may require approval and supporting documents.
• FitsMS.lk reserves the right to reject or deactivate Sender IDs that violate regulations or brand integrity.

Payments & Credit System

• All services are prepaid. No monthly or recurring charges apply unless agreed upon separately.
• SMS credits are non-refundable and do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• Failed or duplicate payments must be reported immediately for resolution.

Service Availability

• While we aim for 99.9% uptime, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
• FitsMS.lk is not liable for any loss due to service downtime or delays.

Limitation of Liability

• FitsMS.lk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• FitsMS.lk reserves the right to terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via email or on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
